Mandatory National Monthly Clean Up

Umuganda is a compulsory national community service day in Rwanda, held on the last Saturday of every month from 08:00 to 11:00 AM. Citizens aged 18 to 65 gather to clean streets, build infrastructure, and protect the environment. If we adapted this for Kenya, we foster civic cleanliness while saving millions in public funds.
